2. No Financial Advice

EventEdge is a data aggregation and analysis tool. We do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice.

All content provided is for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Trading in prediction markets, cryptocurrencies, and other financial instruments involves a high degree of risk and may result in the loss of your entire investment.

3. Sports Data & Market Integrity

EventEdge aggregates data from third-party sources (e.g., Polymarket, Kalshi). We do not guarantee the accuracy of sports scores, market settlements, or event outcomes.

Users should verify all market terms and rules on the respective exchange before trading. We are not responsible for discrepancies between our data and the exchange's official settlement.

4. Premium Subscriptions

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:

• Using automated scripts to scrape our data without permission.
• Attempting to disrupt or overwhelm our servers (DDoS).
• Sharing premium account credentials with others.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall EventEdge be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes.
